Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Hayat Havuz Sauna SPA Taahhüt İnşaat San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., as the data controller, processes the personal data you share through this website within the scope described below. The Turkish text of this notice is the binding version.

Request details: the service you are interested in, city, project dimensions and the content of your message

Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse
Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation

Legal basis and method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the forms on the website, on the grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: it is directly related to the conclusion of a contract, it is in the legitimate interest of the data controller, and it is needed to fulfil legal obligations.

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing. It may be transferred only to the hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers we use, to the extent the service requires and within legal limits.
