Frequently asked
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, write to us directly.
Where do you work?
We are based in Istanbul. So far we have completed projects in cities such as Gaziantep, Sapanca, Düzce, Giresun, Hereke and Ordu. We discuss your project's location in the first conversation.
How do I get a quote?
Describe what you need in a few steps on the “Get a quote” page. Our team will call you to clarify the details and, if needed, plan a site visit.
Can I hire you for design or consultancy only?
Yes. We also offer design, consultancy and construction supervision separately; you can build with your own team, to our detailed drawings and under our supervision.
Do you provide support after handover?
Yes. We know pools need constant care, so after handover we stay at your side for water chemistry, equipment and spare parts.
Sauna or steam room?
A sauna offers dry heat at about 90 °C with low humidity; a steam room runs at about 45 °C with almost 100% humidity. We can choose together which suits your habits and your space.
Swimming Pools
What do I need to decide before pool construction starts?
The pool's purpose (family, hotel, sport), its location, approximate size and your preferred finish come first. We clarify these together during the survey and build the design on those decisions.
Why does the leak test take so long?
A small flaw in the waterproofing can only be found by breaking the tiles once they are laid. Leaving the pool full of water for at least a week before tiling lets us catch a possible problem at the cheapest stage.
What should be watched after tiling is finished?
Once tiling is done, no work that throws sparks or swarf, such as cutting steel, should be done around the pool, and the tiles should be protected with plastic sheeting.
Aqua Park
How much land does an aqua park need?
That depends on the target number of visitors and the pool and slide layout. In the first meeting we assess your land and goals and prepare a suitable layout proposal.
Can we build it with our own team?
Yes. We prepare the detailed drawings; your team carries out the shell and finishing work under our supervision. This model often saves budget.
Sauna
How should a sauna be used?
Shower before going in and lay a towel on the bench. Enter once the room has reached the temperature you want, and pour only a small ladle of water on the stones each time. If you use an essence, add it to the water in the bucket, not to the stones.
Should sauna wood be varnished?
No. Sauna wood should be left in its natural state; varnish and paint break down at high temperature. Regular cleaning is enough.
How are darkened patches on the wood removed?
In saunas used often, sweat can darken the wood. Small scratches and stains are removed with fine sandpaper; for larger stains we will agree on a cleaning method that does not harm the wood.
Steam Room
What is the difference between a steam room and a sauna?
A sauna offers dry heat at about 90 °C with low humidity, while a steam room runs at about 45 °C with almost 100% humidity. The difference changes the construction too: a steam room needs a sloped ceiling, a floor drain and full waterproofing.
