First, listen, then draw.

In pool work the most expensive mistakes are made in the decisions of the first day. That is why every project starts with consultation, and every layer is built carefully on the one before it.

01 Six steps

From survey to maintenance, in six steps.

Pool section Pool section: construction layers from survey to maintenance SURVEY · MEASURE · GROUND DESIGN DIMENSIONS %5 / %2 CONCRETE · DRAINAGE · WATERPROOFING TILING · 5 mm JOINTS CLEAR · CARED FOR · FOR YEARS
  1. Survey

We see the site in person and listen to how you will use it and what you expect.

    Consultation comes before design
  2. Design

We draw the concrete section, structural calculation, plumbing and tiling together in one design.

    Overflow channel: 5% / 2% slope
  3. Concrete & Waterproofing

Drainage and plumbing go in before the pour; the shell is waterproofed and tested full of water.

    Leak test: 7–15 days
  4. Tiling

Tiles, handholds and non-slip edges are laid level; joints are closed with epoxy or flexible grout.

    Joint width: 5 mm
  5. Water

Once construction, plumbing and landscaping are finished, the pool is filled and the systems are started.

    Structure first, then water
  6. Maintenance

After handover we stay with you for water chemistry, equipment and spare parts.

    Ongoing support
02 Principles

How we work

01

Consultation first

We do not start drawing until the need, the site and the budget are clear.

02

Structure and people together

When we design, we think not only of the structure but also of the habits of the people who will use the space.

03

One point of contact

We carry design, concrete, mechanical, electrical and tiling work under a single responsibility.

04

After handover, too

Pools need constant care; we stay at your side for water chemistry, equipment and spare parts.

03 Technical standards

In swimming pools, what we watch for

Swimming Pools
  • Overflow channel slope5% from the pool edge towards the channel, 2% in the opposite direction on the far side of the channel.
  • Expansion jointsJoints with surrounding structures are closed with elastic silicone and never tiled over.
  • Cold jointsAvoided where possible; where unavoidable, a waterstop is used.
  • Render and screedThickness stays within 8–15 mm.
  • Leak testAfter waterproofing the pool is filled and watched for at least a week, ideally 15 days.
  • Tile adhesiveFrost- and water-resistant flexible or epoxy-based adhesive is used.
  • GroutJoints are left at 5 mm and filled with epoxy or flexible grout; ordinary grout is not used.
  • When to fillThe pool is filled only once construction, plumbing and landscaping are finished.
